    I designed two conversations for citizens to meaningfully engage with Political Officer Holders in support of the Forward Singapore movement.

  • Migrant Workers Listening Living Labs

    I helped to design and convene 90+ multi-sector representatives to prototype ideas that improve the life of our migrant workers, using the Collective Impact approach.

  • Grant Writing & Fundraising

    Through my various projects over the years, I have written successful grant applications totaling $448,000 and generated $252,863 from operating a social enterprise.

  • Digital Inclusion Listening Living Labs

    I helped to design and convene 78+ citizens and multi-sector stakeholders to work together to improve digital inclusion for the 51,100 families living in public rental flats in Singapore.

  • A Good Pitch

    I helped to design two open grant calls to give away $1,000 to social changemakers. A wide variety of 77 active citizens came forth with their ideas to make a positive difference for society.

  • Polytechnic Forum 2021

    I co-designed a 4-day virtual experience with the Ngee Ann Polytechnic Student Development Office, exposing 300 students across 5 polytechnics to various social issues in Singapore, inspiring them to become changemakers.

  • Why You Should Fail Book

    I co-authored Why You Should Fail with my friend Grace to distill practical insights from Singapore’s top entrepreneurs to help aspiring young entrepreneurs avoid mistakes and empower more startups in Singapore to be successful. The book eventually sold over 1,500 copies.

    I wrote a 166-page guide containing tools and reflections from my experience organizing the Migrant Worker Listening Living Labs for anyone looking to organize multi-sector stakeholders to contribute to a complex social issue.
